All deposits, bookings and services provided by Pool Revive Co are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Deposits Policy. By proceeding with a booking or payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Refund & Deposit Policy
By proceeding with a booking, quote acceptance, deposit payment, or service with Pool Revive Co, you agree to the following items.
Deposits
Deposits are required for fibreglass pool repairs, resurfacing, restoration work, and larger scheduled projects.
Deposits secure:
- Job scheduling
- Materials and consumables
- Labour allocation
- Travel and operational planning
Deposits are non-refundable once:
- Materials have been ordered
- Scheduling has been confirmed
- Work preparation has commenced
- After 24 hours of deposit being received
Cancellations
Cancellation request must be submitted as soon as possible.
Where no materials have been ordered and no scheduling cost have been incurred, partial refunds may be considered at Pool Revive Co's discretion.
Service Outcomes
Pool Revive Co takes extremely detailed care and skill in providing all services.
However:
- Existing pool conditions may affect final outcomes
- Undetected structural or underground issues may impact repair requirements
- Additional repairs may be required after commencement of quoted work.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind decisions after work has commenced or materials have been ordered
Delays
Certain services may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Site access issues
- Safety concerns
- Unexpected repair requirements
Pool Revive Co will communicate delays where reasonably possible.
On-Site Quotes
All resurfacing and repair quotes are based on on-site assessment. Online or photo-only estimates are indicative only and may change after physical inspection.
